We value your satisfaction and understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Please take a moment to review our updated refund policy, tailored specifically for swimwear purchases:

1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your unworn items.

2. Item Condition: To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, the swimwear must be in new condition, not damaged, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and liners intact. Please ensure that the hygiene sticker is in place and that all swing tags are attached. The items must be in perfect resale condition.

3. Packaging: Unworn items should be returned in the original packaging.

4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

5. Exclusions: Please note that gifts cards and promotional items are not eligible for return. Additionally, sales items, including those purchased with a discount or final sale cannot be returned.

6. Cancellation policy: Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, we are unable to process cancellations.


We strive to process returns promptly once the unworn items are received and inspected. Upon approval, you will receive a store credit that can be used towards future purchases.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if you're in Australia, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For international returns, please note that it will be your responsibility to arrange for your own shipping carrier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
